Vaillancourt Retail Gallery

At the heart of the Vaillancourt Experience, the Retail Gallery is designed not simply as a place to shop, but as a place to discover, collect, and be inspired.

As a destination, we understand that visitors come with intention—and often with a sense of anticipation. In response, the gallery has been thoughtfully created as a series of immersive spaces, where each visit offers something new. Throughout the year, curated displays transform the environment, combining architectural elements, seasonal storytelling, and carefully arranged collections that invite exploration at every turn.

At the center of the gallery is our own collection of Vaillancourt fine art Chalkware and glass Ornaments, prominently displayed alongside a selection of gifts and decorative works chosen for their craftsmanship, quality, and design (affectionately referred to as Brands We Trust & Love™). Each piece within the gallery reflects our commitment to tradition and artistry, creating a setting that feels both refined and inviting.

The space itself is ever-evolving. With the ability to reconfigure layouts and introduce new design elements, the gallery becomes a series of vignettes—each offering a distinct perspective on the season, whether during the height of Christmas or throughout the year. These environments are created not only to showcase the work, but to inspire how it may be experienced in the home.

Overlooking the gallery, visitors are offered a view into the Artists’ Studios, where each piece is hand-painted by our artisans. Nearby, the Christmas Museum provides historical context and deeper understanding of the traditions that shape our work. Together, these spaces create a complete and immersive experience—connecting the finished piece to its origin and inspiration.

Within the gallery, The Parlour offers a more intimate setting—a vignette originally created as a near-scale replica of the ice cream parlour once featured at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. Having served for many years as part of our wholesale showroom, it now returns as a focal point within the gallery, showcasing a curated selection of imported works that complement our collection.
