Vaillancourt Curations: A Journey of Wine is a monthly wine tasting event hosted at Blaxton Hall from March through October, culminating in an exclusive Holiday VIP event in November for full-season participants. Each evening (7:00–9:00 PM) features a guided tasting of six wines, a complimentary charcuterie board, and pre- and post-event cash bar service. The tasting theme changes each month, guiding guests through Wines of France: Classic Regions; Old World vs. New World; Spring Whites & Light Reds; Rosé Around the World; Wines of Discovery: Off the Beaten Path; Summer Cocktails & Aperitifs; Bold Reds for Autumn; and Sparkling Celebration, with the November bonus event focused on seasonal favorites, including Vaillancourt Red and White. Guests may purchase featured wines by the bottle, as half-cases (one of each wine tasted), or as mixed sampler cases (two of each wine tasted), with pickup available at the Vaillancourt Retail Gallery. Designed for intimate groups of approximately 25–40 attendees, the program blends education, hospitality, and retail engagement to build community and encourage repeat participation.
