In 1996, Vaillancourt Folk Art introduced a Christmas ornament line based on the popular Chalkware figurines. The goal of this line was to create literal interpretations of the chalkware, but in glass for the Tree. To do so, moulds were created in Germany, that could be used to mouth-blow glass ornaments.
