Experience Dickens’ masterpiece, A Christmas Carol, performed by his great-great grandson, Gerald Charles Dickens, this Thanksgiving Weekend!
Join in the holiday season with the one-man performance of A Christmas Carol performed by Gerald Charles Dickens. The two hour performance, including an intermission, will ignite the wonderment of the season through the immortal words of Dickens’ classic ghost story. Gerald Charles Dickens, adopts different voices, expressions, and mannerisms to portray each of the story’s twenty-six characters in this acclaimed one-man show. Brought to the United States each year by American Christmas company, Byers’ Choice, Dickens kicks off his the East Coast leg of his American tour each year since 2009 at Vaillancourt Folk Art’s Blaxton Hall theatre. Because of the complexity of a one-man-performance, the show is not recommended for children under the age of 8 years old.
Cash bar will be available before each performance and during intermission. 14 VIP bistro tables for two are available directly in front of the stage to allow you to fully enjoy the theatrical experience. Immediately following the performance, Dickens will remain on stage for a live question and answer session.
