14th Annual Collector’s Weekend Friday, 4/23/2010 – Sunday, 4/25/2010
Our 14th Annual Collector’s Weekend will be one not to miss! Like last year, which was one of the highest attended Collector’s Weekends in recent memory, we have a full weekend planned. We recommend that you attend the Friday or Sunday painting workshop so that you are able to sit in each of the lectures on Saturday. Our guest speakers will be announced soon. Please make certain that you contact the Crown Plaza, using Group Code “VFA” to lock in great room rates. As with years in the past, our Saturday night reception and dinner will be held at the Crown Plaza and will be a phenomenal dinner with a great theme! Vaillancourt Folk Art will be holding a Halloween event at it’s Gallery and Studios. More information to come as the date comes closer.
Starlight Opening Friday, 11/5/2010 – Sunday, 11/7/2010
Each year Judi Vaillancourt designs a special Starlight Santa. This Santa is only produced for one year, then it is retired on Christmas Eve. A portion of the proceeds from it are donated to the Starlight Children’s Foundation to purchase “Fun Centers” for local pediatric units.
The 21st annual Starlight piece will be available May 1st, with the lowest numbers being offered at the Starlight Opening and will remain in production until it is retired on Christmas Day.
Silhouette Artist Saturday, 11/13/2010, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
