The smoking man “Wine Merchant” by KWO is from the “Bearded” series and is handcrafted in traditional craftsmanship in the Ore Mountains with great attention to detail. Our smoker “Wine Merchant” from KWO is 18 cm high, stained, and he sits on the thick wooden barrel with a mug in his left hand to taste the wine.
Since the late 1940, KWO Kunstgewerbe-Werkstätten Olbernha has been recognized as one of the most well-known manufacturers in the field of traditional folk art in Germany. Using traditional techniques of woodworking, their “Erzgebirge folk art” of nutcrackers and smokers have a great reputation for quality.
