This piece is pictured both as the 1987 original and the re-issuing for the 2014 30th Anniversary collection (which only 30 were painted of). The original piece photographed, and for sale, is the #2 premier number which was sitting within the Christmas Museum along with Judi’s original. Painted in true historic beauty, the vault piece uses the oringal aged patina that Vaillancourt Folk Art was known for. There were 147 pieces painted before the mould was retired; the Father Christmas Holding Boy is sure to bring the nostalgia of the holidays with the old world charm, even during the spring season.
The house brand to Vaillancourt Folk Art, Vaillancourt products expand beyond American made Chalkware and Polish made Ornaments—but, regardless the line, fine art quality is a staple of Vaillancourt products. As one of the last domestic Christmas studios, Vaillancourt is focused on keeping and growing your family’s traditions.
