Ino Schaller Collection at Vaillancourt Folk Art

Since 1894, company founder, Carl Schaller, laid the foundation for his family-owned company with the production of creating papier-mâché figurines. The trained embosser from Neustadt modeled and produced the templates for his figurines himself before they were decorated and painted by his entire family – including the children. Carl’s son Ino, a trained baker, took over the family company in the 1940s, giving “manufacture Ino Schaller” its name. The Vaillancourt’s collection of German imported Schaller is hand selected of the highest quality, finest detailed available.
