Wine
For 2024, we have continued our collaboration with a Paso Robles vineyard to introduce two limited edition Cabernet Sauvignons. The first wine features original artwork by Judi Vaillancourt, depicting a Santa riding a goose to deliver toys down the chimney. The second wine is the first in a limited edition series celebrating Arthur Rackham’s illustrations of Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol.” Both wines are from the 2022 vintage and showcase bold and robust characteristics, with prominent notes of blackberry, cassis, and dark chocolate.
Fall Chalkware
During this fall celebration, we’ll introduce two new chalkware pieces to the line: The autumn Squirrel on Pinecone and the Happy Witch on Pumpkin. These two new pieces will be presented among past fall and Halloween glass ornaments and chalkware from the Vaillancourt collections.
The Book
We’ve gone back to print with a second edition, hardcover of Gary’s book, “It’s Hard To Tell When a Tradition Begins… A Vaillancourt Christmas.” This edition includes a new foreword that reveals an emotional story about discovering the Vaillancourt family’s roots and their unlikely connection to Christmas. It was almost like destiny when Gary and Judi visited a 13th-century Church, coincidentally named for St. Nicholas, where the first Vaillancourt to come to the Americas has his records of baptism. Gary will be on hand to sign this book.
