FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHOCOLATE AND “HALLOW”WINE TASTING
Portion of ticket sales benefit to Sutton Food Pantry

On Friday evening September 16th , from 5 to 8 pm,Vaillancourt Folk Art will host a Chocolate and Hallow-Wine Tasting.  The pairing of chocolate and wine is a wonderful indulgence, made even better when it will benefit the Sutton Food Pantry.  Vaillancourt Folk Art  will usher in the Halloween season with this special evening.  Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door; with $5.00 of each ticket donated to the food pantry. The Sutton Food Pantry is in the process of adding on an addition which will help with their mission of providing grocery items to individuals and families of Sutton who are in need. We hope that the proceeds from the tasting will help stock the new shelves.

A selection of five fine wines from Sutton Wines & Liquors will be expertly chosen to complement and enhance the flavor of each chocolate. The chocolates will include both international and locally made by The Candy Shoppe in Millbury. Vaillancourt’s and chocolate are a perfect pairing, since antique chocolate moulds are used to create their “Chalkware” pieces. The latest Halloween designs will also be introduced at the Hallow-Wine tasting and the gallery will be festively decorated for the season.

Purchasing tickets early is recommended, since the event is limited to only one hundred participants. Of course, ticket sales are only available to adults who are at least 21 years of age.

Vaillancourt Folk Art is located in the Manchaug Mill, 9 Main Street in Sutton. For more information please call 508-476-3601.

Still family owned and operated, Vaillancourt products are available to 500 stores around the nation, including Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, Williamsburg, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and hundreds of small shoppes. Their Sutton Studio, Museum, and gallery is open daily, Monday through Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 11-5.

The Sutton Food Pantry, located at the Sutton Senior Center, exists to help individuals and families in the Town of Sutton to make ends meet during tough financial times. The pantry operates on donations, both food and money, from the generosity of others.
