Aspen Allegations, the first book of the series, was well received and earned the 2013 IPPY Gold Medal for Best Regional eBook. The sequel, Birch Blackguards, is to be released in 2014 and continues the small town setting of Sutton, MA and included Vaillancourt Folk Art as the scene within the story.
