The Big Bunny

February 9, 2010

On Monday, February 9th, Vaillancourt Folk Art added a new mould to their collection—a rabbit that stands about 3-feet tall. The pouring of this piece took a little extra help—as it is a messy job, the helpers had to be creative in covering their clothes.

The Big Bunny, before being placed into the drying room, weighed in at 100lbs. Judi Vaillancourt is hoping to begin painting this piece to have it complete by Collector’s Weekend 2010.
